炖煮是一种比较传统的食物烹调方式,其养生概念与“中式”理念很吻合。所以在整体设计风格的选择上,我们以现代东方为元素,结合道家思想、园林文化等内容,打造一个传统与现代相结合的环境氛围中。我们借用中式园林常用的“以小见大,曲径通幽”的手法,利用时间与空间互动的关系来扩大“意识面积”。并在四处点缀有青檐黛瓦、传统灯饰、小型假山和洞门。环境清幽,更增添简朴风味。

Braising is a more traditional way of food cooking, and its concept of health is consistent with the concept of "Chinese style". Therefore, in the selection of the overall design style, we take modern Oriental elements, combined with Taoism, garden culture and other contents, to create a combination of traditional and modern environment. We borrowed the common technique of "see the big from the small, connect the deep through the winding path" in Chinese gardens, and used the interactive relationship between time and space to expand the "area of consciousness". And dotted around with green eaves and tiles, traditional lighting, small rockery and cave door. The quiet environment adds a simple flavor.
